#289: The Shaky Tooth, Part 6
Dragon Little had washed her face, brushed her teeth, and had finished her daily breakfast of pizza and carrot juice.
She and Dragon Father walked towards the wheel.
“I hope you did sleep more than a couple of hours. We’ve got an adventure ahead of us!”
“I’m ready, Dad!”
He stood at the wheel and began helming. Bonny’s Revenge slowly gained speed in the ocean.
“Where should we go?” he said. “Mars?”
“Dad!”
“I know! We should go to Robot Planet!”
“Dad! We’re going to Tooth Island!”
“Yes, but where are we going? Into the sun?”
“Tooth Island!”
“Shall we go… to the weapons shop?”
“Dad! Tooth Island!” She screamed at him.
“Ah. Right. Tooth Island. I knew we were going somewhere. That’s that-a-way!” he changed direction.
“So, Joy, you were sleeping so well. What did you dream about?”
“Hmmm?” Dragon Father seemed to easily forget that in the few times he would ask this of Dragon Little, she would ask him what a dream was. This time, apparently, she hadn’t even heard him.
“Did you dream about flying ships? Fighting giants? Defeating witches?”
“I was asleep, Dad. I wait for you to do that stuff.”
He considered that for a second. “Oh, yeah!” He pulled back on the wheel and Bonny’s Revenge began to rise into the air. “Let’s go to Tooth Island!”
